Wesley J. Weaver and Arabella A. Weaver have been ministers of the Gospel since they were young adults.
Wesley, a lifelong resident of Pensacola, Florida, and spiritual son of the late Reverend Ken Sumrall was saved at the age of 12. After receiving the Holy Spirit during his Air Force tour of duty in Germany, he answered the call of God to the ministry, receiving his Bachelor of Theology degree from
Liberty Bible College in 1970.
He has served for many years as an elder, pastor, teacher, and treasurer under Liberty Ministries. Wesley also is a retired accountant with over 45 years of experience. He has held positions as Controller for Liberty Christian College and Columbia Southern University, Audit Supervisor for the Florida Department of Revenue, and Accountant at the Pensacola Naval Air Station. He also served as Board Member for several nonprofit organizations.
He opened his own accounting consulting firm, Northwest Florida Consultants, in Pensacola, Florida in 1981. His main purpose with Northwest Florida Consultants was to assist the nonprofit sector with accounting, tax, and compliance issues.
Wesley has assisted many religious and charitable organizations in obtaining their 501(c)(3) exempt status with the Internal Revenue Service and to maintain compliance with the rules and regulations governing 501(c)(3) organizations. He has served pastors and missionaries all over the world for many
years in the proper preparation of their personal tax returns, as well as, the preparation of their ministry organization's tax returns (Form 990). Wesley served as the Accountant for the Brownsville Revival in Pensacola, Florida.
Arabella A. Weaver was born and raised in Ocala, Florida, and later moved to Gainesville, Florida where she earned her Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Florida in Human Resources Development, and also pursued her Master in Divinity from Regent University. Arabella has been employed by the State of Florida in many capacities, IRS Child Support Enforcement; Guardian ad Litem, Case Coordinator; Eldercare, Volunteer Supervisor; then Director of Social Services at North Florida Healthcare.
She was saved and received the Holy Spirit at the age of 16 and has fervently pursued the presence of God. Arabella's first calling will always be intimacy with God in intercession.
In 1992 she authored the book, “RISE-UP Intercessors” as a global prophetic word to the hearts of Intercessors, presenting strategies on how to “intercede the perfect will of the Father upon the earth for the return of Christ”.
Minister Weaver moves under a no-nonsense Apostolic deliverance anointing as an Itinerate Speaker, holding Prayer Boot Camps, weekly Conference Calls, Prayer Gatherings, Prayer Shut-Ins, Equipping Prayer Teams in churches and all God would assign to her hands.
Min. Arabella A. Weaver, under an Apostolic Intercessors anointing, is committed to the obedience of God’s mandate upon her life. Minister Weaver presses forward with the determination to use her over 45 years on the battlefield, to reconciling the world back to God and “Perfect Prayer”, to stir-up
Intercessors bringing them to a discipline enduring lifestyle, and to build a sustained presence of God through prayer and intercession.
Wesley and Arabella after losing their spouses were brought together by Divine appointment to Intercession City, Florida where they were married on September 25, 2017.
Together they formed Rise-Up ONE UNITED VOICE with the vision of Unity in accordance with John 17 when Jesus prayed "Father make them one as We are One" Empowered to Declare Jesus Cry for UNITY and Abandoned Obedience...Crossing Cultures, throughout Florida, into the Church, and then into the World.
RISE-UP ONE UNITED VOICE is an Intercessors Ministry of "Intercessors Supporting
Intercessors" through Prayer, building Relationships, Obedience, Unity, and becoming true Disciples.

Although they had served in ministry for many years before marrying, God blessed thatthey were both married and ordained in Intercession City.
